Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

We are implementing CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office365 to several of our customers. Business problems are the most common. Keep the signature up2date for all customers around the globe, unless their end device. This makes it a lot easier to keep the Corporate Identity active and present. The end-users don't need to investigate any of their signature-related problems. The Central Deployment works as it should - really comfortable.

  • Signature Editor.
  • Photo Editor.
  • Signature Preview in Outlook on Windows.

In an exchange hybrid scenario, it can be difficult to manage signatures, if mailboxes are online and on prem. The signature preview is sometimes a key feature for our customers, which is especially in terminal server environments difficult to handle. It works perfectly if you need to manage signatures on all end-user devices unless the manufacturer.
