The tool allows the security team to quickly review, determine if an email is malicious, phishing, spam, or safe, and respond to users.
- Real view into the emails users are seeing/reporting
- Ability to process emails in clusters vs. individually
- Ability to automate responses and auto-process known emails
- Edit responses to users on the fly vs. having to be uploaded/edited and chosen as a response
- Provide scanning/screen shots of URLs in the tool itself vs. third party tools.
- Better training via using real reported emails as examples
- Improved security posture via adjusting defense tools based on emails reported
