Overall Satisfaction with ComplyCube

ComplyCube makes completing KYC for applicants, buyers, sellers, and tenants a breeze! With just a few clicks, you can start the process and receive results in just seconds. The interface is easy to use and presents the information in a user-friendly way. And if there are any warning messages, the onscreen tips are incredibly helpful in guiding you on what to do next. This feature is a lifesaver for both property managers and agents!

  • PDF reports have lots of data, but a couple of attributes we wanted to see were not there. The ComplyCube Team addressed these when we requested their addition.

ComplyCube was the only identity verification tool we evaluated that ticked all requirements we needed (comprehensive audit trails, PDF reports, fast checks, certified solution, a web interface with multiple user access controls, etc) and had the friendliest user interface. Some of the other tools we tested excelled at a couple of things but did not provide compelling packages across the requirements I mentioned earlier.

As a business, we understand that KYC is a legal requirement, but we'd like to make the verification process as seamless as possible for our customers while still following the law. That's why we were on the hunt for an identity verification and KYC tool that not only meets all legal obligations but is also user-friendly, efficient, and accurate. Most importantly, we wanted to make sure we have a full record of all our actions and check results for compliance and audit purposes. So far, ComplyCube has delivered across all fronts.
