Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

I use Concur Travel and Expense to get my reimbursements. It could be travel expenses, hotel, taxi, client visit, anything. To get anything reimbursed from DocuSign, I use Concur Travel and Expense.
  • Creating the report
  • Uploading the image
  • Integration with Uber. I can easily submit my invoices through Uber with one click
  • With Decimal numbers
  • Submitting invoices for the hotel stay. It acts really weird, I have to divide the final cost/number of Days of Stay in the hotel and then submit. Example - $300/2 = $150 so I have put the date and $150 for each day. It is time consuming and complicated. Some times the total will not match to $300 and unable to submit.
  • Did not like the new UI. it is Confusing
  • Uber integration is good. That has made my life easier
  • Get reimbursement approved quickly.

I have used Concur Travel and Expense for submitting the invoices. Pretty much it. But I did not like the new UI, and sometimes it becomes complicated to submit the report, especially with hotel stay bills. It asks us to submit the bill on per daily basis, and some time total does not match, and unable to submit it. I have to take the manager's help to submit it. Lot of manual work.

SAP Concur Attributes

The new UI is a little bit complicated and opens reports, upload reports, and use images when you have multiple invoice images to submit under one single report. I just do trial and error methods and get the work done.

I think it should be a pretty simple form fill-up and straightforward. I feel it is complicated with the open report, expense report submits report, it becomes confusing what am I doing.
