Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur to manage internal expenses, such as phone and travel reimbursement. It keeps track of all expenses and payments. It makes management of expenses and payments. It's so much easier to create an expense report, approve and get payments in a timely and efficient manner. I can better track what my outstanding expenses and receipts are since I only have to go to one place and make a payment to my American Express card. I can make all my travel arrangements.

To make expense reports easier to do, by having only one place to go and track where it is in the process from beginning to end. It has security options and a place to see all expenses from my company American Express card as well as option to directly pay my card.
