Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Every individual who expense for business related services or purchases uses Concur to submit their reimbursement. This policy is being deployed onto the entire organization within AWS as well as Amazon. This mainly address the streamlining process for getting approval as well as aligning to expenses that are billable to our customers as well.

We also evaluated using QuickBooks when deciding which services to go with on expense tracking and reimbursement decisions. We ultimately decided to use Concur but the entire organization is well adopted with Concur and we will have minimal overhead work needed to get it working. Concur also provided better customer service.
Salesforce, we are able to connect in the backend directly with Salesforce software. This allows us to also submit expense to our customers so that these expenses are easily billable. This allows us to generate reports and also perform forecasting on revenues, and better allocate resources and conduct businesses with customers.
SAP Concur helps streamline the entire expense and reimbursement process within our department, as well as extending the arms to the entire organization. This helps us better allocate resources and forecast our revenues. One innovative thing that is super helpful for us was the integration with Salesforce, which allows billing directly to our customers.
We noticed that employees tend to spend less time in getting their expenses submitted, less time for creating reports and also faster turn around time for getting reimbursements. Additionally, the customization that provides on creating catalogs are helpful when aggregating values and creating reports, thus makes it a lot easier to process.
If someone is purely looking for a solution within their department or across the organization to deploy a service that would streamline and capture their expenses on all employees, I would recommend Concur. They have been in the market for a long time and know how to operate and integrate optimally.
