Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
Conductor is used primarily by our SEO and content teams. It helps us keep a stronghold on market share, as well as anticipate the needs of our customers. It has helped us increase visibility and give our customers the information they're looking for to make the best purchase decision.
- Easy-to-use user interface allows us to view crucial metrics at a glance.
- Conductor provides the right combination of insight metrics (including visibility and performance) that we need to help our customers convert.
- Friendly support from the Conductor team.
- I'd like to see more insight into the product details page. There is currently a great deal of performance information for buying guides, and it's enough to help us form our product page content strategy, but it would be helpful if more PDP information existed.

Very detailed and high-quality data. This is important to us because it allows us to create an efficient strategy that allots our resources in ways that we're confident will have a high impact. It allows us to see opportunity and then track the execution to see what is and is not working.
Using Conductor's interface, we're able to see what SEO is prioritizing and adjust our product page content in conjunction. Combining visibility (SEO) and conversion (content), we can work together toward company initiatives.
Conductor provides more personalized information and is significantly easier to use and navigate on a team and individual level.
