Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM (Conga Contracts)
It is used as our main form of contracting. We have multiple types of contracts, and already use Salesforce. This is a quick and easy way to connect the two products together.
- Easily Configurable.
- Easy to use.
- X-Author is very unintuitive.
- Not the fault of Conga; it was just not implemented and configured well at our company.
This is my first time working with a CLM, it seems to do what it needs to do.
