- Quick to debug.

- The Live Chat support team should be effective in helping deal with situations instead of opening a ticket on your behalf.
- The log-a-case functionality of the Conga Community is too long and rigid.
- Accessing the debug log from Conga is not very easy as it requires technical acumen to do that.
- It has had a good impact on the business as we get quick turnaround responses from customers.
- It has also ensured that we get and receives permissions back quickly.
We have automated our business flow using conga document generation and went one step further to include additional conga products in Conga Sign to ensure we have seamless integration between our Salesforce system and Conga.
