Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Conga to create documents, create agreements, create labels, capture signatures, and capture payment information. We also use Conga to generate inventory reports. I believe we have a very complex use scenario for Conga and happily, it meets all our needs.

Easy for the end user but hard for the administrator.

Automated Workflow

We like how documents are automatically attached to the account record. We like to be able to track whether a customer has signed the appropriate documents.

It's more suited if your processes are well established and you don't change a lot. Once you get a document up and going it's good to go but it can take a long time to get there. Be careful if you have multiple record types.
