Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We use Conga Composer to generate our Quotes, Contracts and RMAs and it is integrated into our SalesForce.

With its seamless integration into SalesForce, it only takes a few click to generate a multitude of documents.
Our workforce has a love/hate relationship with SalesForce but the ease of use with Conga has helped bring some of the naysayers over from the dark side.

Once the program is set up, it is relatively easy to use. However, setup can be tedious and difficult without support. As with most technical support, if you need help, it can be hit or miss. I've had support with Conga who went above and beyond and was able to solve my issues immediately but I've also had support who were difficult to work with and made an existing issue more frustrating. They do respond in a very timely manner which is always appreciated.

We have used other document generation programs and find Conga Composer to be easiest to use and their technical support to be efficient.

We needed something that integrates into our SalesForce system that was a "one click" solution
We only trialed a couple of companies and although we are happy with Conga, we also do not have a lot of experience with other systems to make a more educated comparison.
Conga Composer was easier to use by far than PandaDoc and had more options than DocuSign for our particular org.

Conga Composer Support

Support responds in a timely manner and although it can be hit or miss with your agent, we've had far more helpful agents than not.

Yes - we do not have IT support in house so it is important for us to have technical support for any programs we use to support the sales team.
Yes - Yes, even impressively so.
One particular support agent not only helped resolved an active issue, he was conscientious enough to pick up on a couple of other minor hiccups we were experiencing or not particularly happy with and resolve them for us as well, all in an impressively quick manner.
