We use Conga Composer to generate our Quotes, Contracts and RMAs and it is integrated into our SalesForce.

- more professional documents generated than some other programs we have used
Our workforce has a love/hate relationship with SalesForce but the ease of use with Conga has helped bring some of the naysayers over from the dark side.

We needed something that integrates into our SalesForce system that was a "one click" solution
We only trialed a couple of companies and although we are happy with Conga, we also do not have a lot of experience with other systems to make a more educated comparison.

Yes - we do not have IT support in house so it is important for us to have technical support for any programs we use to support the sales team.
Yes - Yes, even impressively so.
One particular support agent not only helped resolved an active issue, he was conscientious enough to pick up on a couple of other minor hiccups we were experiencing or not particularly happy with and resolve them for us as well, all in an impressively quick manner.
