Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

I am using ConnectWise to remotely control telescopes.
  • I am very happy with the Desktop Client which allows me to control our telescopes remotely
  • Very easy to use interface
  • It has little effect on the bandwidth
  • When creating a new session I would prefer if the .exe did not have to be downloaded each time
  • I do not like the Android app, the mouse is very difficult to use
  • Fast connection, multiple users and a modest price
TeamViewer [is] too expensive.
I have 6 telescopes that I connect to remotely each and every day, I enjoy the simplicity of the software. I have a lot of contacts in the astronomy community that are used to using TeamViewer, when I show people Connectwise they love it.

The android app is very disappointing.
