Overall Satisfaction with CoSchedule Marketing Suite

We used CoSchedule to manage our own social media, as well as schedule the social media for some of our own clients. Additionally, we set up CoSchedule for other clients who were managing their own social media accounts, so that we could monitor analytics and activity, and provide support when necessary.
  • Creating and scheduling posts is extremely easy.
  • Easy to fill up open slots with recycled content, through their ReQueue feature.
  • Good support via the Facebook group.
  • Mobile app works quite well.
  • Quite expensive.
  • Interface isn't user-friendly when it comes to admin.
  • Overview of all marketing efforts.
  • Collaborative features.
  • Ease of scheduling and being able to move things around easily.
  • Simplified scheduling for social media for us and clients.
  • Simplified collaboration with clients and freelancers.
  • Allowed for easy monitoring of clients who were scheduling their own social media.
CoSchedule is definitely a more powerful marketing tool than Loomly or Buffer, which are more dedicated to straight social media scheduling. I preview the calendar overview offered by CoSchedule, which makes it easy to see everything at a glance. PromoRepublic is similar but has the added Canva-type integration, which makes it more appealing to our clients who want to be able to easily put together their own images. CoSchedule is a bit pricy, which can be prohibitive for clients who don't pay in dollars.

CoSchedule is great for businesses or agencies who need an overview of all their marketing efforts, and who want to establish collaboration between multiple departments. The calendar view is one of the best we've worked with and makes it easy to see exactly what's happening. There is some slight clunkiness when it comes to admin-related tasks, and a few things aren't easy to find, but there's great support.
