Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Abstract Management
We use Cvent across our whole organization to organize an Olympic Style Robotics event. We organize attendees, volunteers, VIPs, and staff within Cvent. It is our source of all truth for all participants and acts as our database for all information. Just as Sales Teams use Salesforce to track leads, we use Cvent to manage and retain all of our external client information. We pull reports, track attendance, and manage all information out of Cvent.

Cvent is much more built out than other event management systems I have used previously. Eventbrite is a lot simpler and UX friendly. Cvent takes a lot more time to set up and get running, but can do SO much more. You can track things/customize the system however you like. Everything you want to do, can be done in Cvent.
