Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent Event Management is used by our event services department. It is a being used to configure both in person and virtual events. We also use it for date sourcing, invitation sending and recruitment. We have also found it helpful to use for creating one event with multiple date/session options.

  • Consistency.
  • User friendly.
  • Very detailed.
  • Address book confusion.
  • Too many admin responsibilities.
  • Saving time.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Alchemer, formerly SurveyGizmo, OneDrive
Large events- good. When there are few/minimal attendee types this software works very well.
One price, one option events/internal events- great to use express registration for!
Smaller, more VIP events- difficult. When there are very, very unique attendees and experiences this software can be almost too complicated. Sometimes emails can get very robust.
