Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Surveys
Cvent surveys are most often used after an event or meeting to collect post event feedback. Sometimes it is used in advance of a meeting or event to collect data that we need to assist with planning, such as best dates or locations. Surveys are also used in the middle of planning at times, to help with quick information that we need to collect.

- Reporting can be a little frustrating at times
- It's another separate product to add on to Cvent - so an additional fee
- Data doesn't connect directly to a person or event, which would be a helpful feature
- Product is another add on, which can be a difficult expense to sell
- Many other products are available
- Clients want to use their own service or emails instead due to cost
I think Cvent surveys feel more secure. It is also a program that we are likely using for the event or meeting already, so it's nice to just use the same program for both things. Cvent surveys are an additional expense which isn't always ideal and can be a hard sell in comparison to other programs or just utilizing email.
