Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

Assessing customer credit and risks associated with extending customers' credit. A good way to review and assess a customer's creditworthiness as well as re-assessing their credit. Also reviewing new customers especially those located in foreign countries like Brazil or Mexico or other countries so you can correctly review and assess a customer's credit and the risks associated with this especially when they are foreign-related companies.
  • Good analysis.
  • Good data, as well as a lot of details statistics and scores, help to review and assess a customer's current situation and status.
  • Company Linkage so that you can determine if the company is owned by another company or parent company.
  • I don't have any suggestions for further improvements at this time.
  • Improved credit reviews to assign better credit limits to customers.
  • Improved Cash flow due to better tools to assess customers' ability to pay.
  • This also resulted in reduced DSO and greatly improved the Working Capital of the company.
This has provided an invaluable tool with tons of data, statistics, scores, and loads of information to better understand review, and analyze a customer's ability to pay, as well as be in a better position to assess the customer's creditworthiness and help to assign the best possible credit limits to be able to ensure that the customer has the right amount of credit based on their scores. This has helped greatly, especially for foreign-based customers as well as improving the DSO, Cash Flow, and all our statistics.
It was previously implemented by our new company that recently purchased us so I do not have any comment on this topic.

I can't fathom any reason why D&B would be less appropriate. I have found that the services provided far outweigh the ranking of any other service as I have used another service, and it was extremely limited and fell way short of what was needed. D&B provides a lot of information on customers and more than any other service that I had previously used.
