Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience Activate (formerly PureB2B)

We had a rough start in the beginning, but the team worked tirelessly to get us up and running so that the campaigns we ran actually met our criteria. We are hyper-specific on job titles, personas, and the types of companies that we go after with our campaigns, so we had to test and dial in until we got the results we were looking for.
  • Large database of users.
  • Campaign execution.
  • Content syndication.
  • Targeting parameters.
  • Their large amount of users/database.
  • It's hard for me to quantify this as our internal reporting isn't great, but getting ICP leads for the price they charge is fairly on par with our CAC.
I believe that the company does a fairly good job in troubleshooting why your campaign didn't work, and figuring out what the bugs are, and they are open to criticism on their methodology. My personal opinion but their sales and support team is fairly on top of their game and is able to answer my questions while figuring out how to get the necessary outcomes.

If you're just looking at this from content distribution to your ICP standpoint while getting some leads/contacts, this is your place. If you are looking for them to create hot leads, I'm not sure that your motivations are aligned with the reality of the campaigns they run. I think you have to understand what you are getting.
