Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Contact Center
Coming from an on prem solution, Dialpad Support was able to provide a lot more features than our past VOIP set up. It will make reports, call logging and handling, user management, and reliability much easier. Dialpad transcribe feature will help the company find ways to improve and train the employees much better and aim for a greater client experience.

Dialpad and Ringcentral (along with most Cloud VOIP services) are all very similar now and the only difference is their unique approach to the interface. In most cases we would go with a brand that is well know or a common name among other institutions. Dialpad brings a sense of innovation and personal support unlike the bigger companies.
