Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Everyone in our office uses Dialpad Ai Voice. We all have our own phone number in addition to our main number. Own line and on our main phone line which has multiple options which will direct the call to the appropriate individual. Dialpad is a terrific tool. It allows us all to do our job more efficiently. We are able to work remotely as well as in the office. Every candidate/client is able to reach us regardless. I love being able to connect with candidates via my cell phone or my computer. Dialpad gives us the flexibility to do a better job.

Using the transcript feature is a great way to document information in a candidate’s file. We don’t have to have endless back-and-forth phone calls if I’m not available to answer the phone and get the information I’m looking for. I’m able to document the candidates response to my request without a written response.
