Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to call customers and to contact our business partner DIRECTV to take to agents to help keep the customer's products active and programming correct.

Pros and Cons

Great and easy-to-read voicemail
It leaves a great message so my customers know that I am unable to answer their call right now.
Easy access to frequently dialed numbers.
Text for the call is easy to read and go back to if needed.

I can't find anything that is hard to use for my work purposes.
I can't think of any way to improve it now.
I appreciate your company and following up on this product.

Return on Investment

I don't hear many complaints about Dailpad not working.
I am not really privy to the hard numbers, so I can't help there.
We have a parent company that uses it also, and that makes it very convenient for all sides of the board.

I work from home, and Dailpad makes it easy and efficient to use in a home office setting. The convenience of not having to have an extra phone here at my home office is also a great feature. I am especially grateful that I don't get many spam calls on my work phone.
