Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

We use it for phone calls with our clients to handle things when we are closed and busy. It helps get clients to where they need to go and helps them get their questions answered in a timely matter. With limited employees, this is very useful.

Well suited in areas where we don't have staff, where clients need quick responses, and when we have people out and calls need directed to certain places. Not helpful when it is detailed and there is follow up work.
