Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice
I use it with clients to ensure that communication is private and HIPAA compliant. I like that I can access communication on any device, and that I can store messages to help with scheduling, in the event that I do not have access to my calendar at the time of texting. It also allows me to respond to clients quickly and efficiently.

- Instantly gave me a business line, separate from my personal cell
- Transcribes calls well
- Too easy to accidentally call someone. I would like to be asked if I want to place the call. I have too many accidental calls made through Dialpad Ai Voice
- I don't like that I have to buy extra credits throughout the month
- I feel I am able to secure clients and keep clients because I can communicate quickly
