Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox is being used at our organization for storing medical data about patients and customers that our doctors address. Our tele-calling team uses Dropbox for storing data and voice recordings for assessing the call data. Patient data is further used by our AI team to fine tune the software in making. Data uploaded on the Dropbox is high quality as well as well synced across different regions. So it is always easy to fetch the required data.
- User interface and navigation.
- Maintaining quality of the data uploaded.
- Syncing of data across different platforms.
- Folders and subsections handling.
- Security issues.
- Administrators having access to member's data.
