Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I use Dropbox essentially everyday for my company. Dropbox is an integral part of how our company saves all of our important files such as employee applications, certifications, resumes, etc. I like using Dropbox because I can access it on any computer.
- Access it anywhere
- Search documents by keywords
- Stores all important documents
- Search brings up too many files sometimes
- I do not own the company so I'm not sure of the impact on ROI
I essentially only used Avionte as a database to store info for payroll purpose only. The interface is not as user friendly as Dropbox and it doesn't save documents. I use ShareFile(Rightsignature) to send potential applicants on-boarding documents. It stores all the documents that I send but if you are not an administrator then you are not able to view other documents sent by users in your company.
