Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud (fomerly Druva inSync, Phoenix & CloudRanger)
We currently use Druva Data Resiliency Cloud to back up our Office 365 Tenant, Hyper-V Hosts, and Employee endpoints. We needed something to enable us to back up in the new normal of telecommuting and virtual infrastructure. We also needed something that met contractual agreements for govt work.
Pros
- End user ease of use
- Meets compliance requirements (FedRamp)
- Client is lightweight and has very low resource use.
Cons
- I cant think of anything that I would change currently. It's met our standards and requirements very well.
- More tech support options for different time zones.
- .
- Reduced effort to protect servers
- reduced effort to protect endpoints
- Cloud dashboard gives IT staff instant feedback on backups
- Veeam Backup & Replication
Druva blew Veeam out of the water. We had constant issues with Veeam and finding a compliant cloud that actually worked how we needed it. We went from struggling to make Veeam work and keep it working, to barely having to monitor our backups. Druva absolutely outperforms Veeam across the board.
