easy backup and most reliable backups for icloud

We are using Druva inSync for all our notebooks as they are fragile and can be stolen or get broken any time. So all the departments with notebooks are using the InSync as main backup. It resolves so many problems we had. Since it backs up with the user we can access data in cloud any time even without the notebook. This helps all users work efficiently as they can access data as from anywhere. Secondly it gives us a guarantee that data is safe and accessible even if the notebook is broken or stolen. Finally, as a company we safeguard our employees' data and it's one of the major components of PCI compliance which we must make sure to have.

Our main target to backup users data on the notebooks and office emails (PST file which is not in the cloud). Because we don't have any kind of assurance or backup method to protect them. With Druva, we are able to backup them every day and 4 hour time frame. So it's very efficient and affects our operation in case of recover need.

We are working on Marriott hotels and as Marriott policy we don't keep any non-compliance data on our notebooks or PCs. So we are out of scope on this as I understand.
