Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

We're utilizing Dynatrace for web and performance monitoring, both internally and externally. We utilize synthetic monitoring for various sites to monitor and alert on availability of user experienced actions, and also utilize standard HTTP monitoring for site uptime for a large number of internal and external websites that my team is responsible for supporting.

I only utilized AppDynamics from an outside perspective in helping troubleshoot a third-party service provider's performance monitoring.
I haven't had to utilize any form of Dynatrace support since being introduced to the tool when I joined the company late last year.

Dynatrace is well suited for Information Technology teams that are required to support/monitor the uptime and performance of internal/external web applications. We're planning on utilizing Dynatrace (along with other tools) when we expand our monitoring capabilities later this year to build out an Enterprise Command Center, which will allow visibility to multiple teams.
