Social Media Power on a Budget
Overall Satisfaction with eClincher
We use eClincher to manage our social media channels. For me, it is huge that they work with Google My Business (GMB), as that is the main focal point of my hyper-local strategy. We manage our Facebook, GMB, and LinkedIn pages with eClincher in the firm's marketing department. It allows me to view our engagement all in one place. We also fill our content calendar well in advance with it, use automation features, and view reports regarding social stats with it.
Pros
- Scheduling and duplication
- UTM codes
- Reporting
- Auto-posting with queues
- Monitoring
Cons
- Intuitiveness is somewhat lacking with some workflows.
2 - marketing
- Makes it much easier to manage our social publishing
- Makes it much easier to manage our social engagement
- Makes it much easier to manage our social reporting
I used Sprout in a past life and while it does have some more features and might be a bit more aesthetically pleasing and a tad more intuitive, it doesn't have the queues feature eClincher has, and it is much more expensive. The only feature I miss from Sprout really is the customer history feature.
