Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

We use it primarily for quick data about our social media accounts (we currently have over 60 social media profiles). It is also easy to download fast PDF reports or powerpoint data that is easy to modify and adjust according to our needs. We have people from multiple agencies using the platform as well as top management reviewing dashboards.
Really nice to search for inspiration and for content we did in the past to use an example for our current digital plans.

Long time to get an answer from the account manager. Several issues with payment and finance department because of billing laws when dealing with payments to a country such as the Czech Republic

I would recommend Emplifi if you work with multple accounts and multiple agencies/people that need access to limited profiles. It is easy to limit who can see what to avoid sharing insights with people that shouldn't have access to. Easy to understand and get a hand on by investigating the suite. Lacks a little if you need someone to give you support through the onboarding process or if you have any problems within the suite, you can contact the chat on the suite but usually takes a while to get back with a solution, or you can hope your account manager its online and willing to help you for him/her to reply to you
