Everstage takes care of everything relating to commissions. Its the best sales comp tool I've used.
The platform is easy to understand and is very flexible.

- The platform integrates with Slack to give out timely notifications to the reps on their current attainment and milestone figures
- The commission predictor of Everstage is a great feature, it motivates the reps
- Everstage closely integrates with Quickbooks which simplifies the whole process
- Reps feel more driven.
- Commission plans can be tweaked easily, short term plans can be introduced anytime to motivate the reps and drive performance
- Accurate calculation of commission
Everstage can handle any degree of complexity very easily whereas Spreadsheet.com is not scalable
