Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

We have integrated Everstage with salesforce, which helps us to show the overall performance of the team as well as the ranking of the individual as compared to other team members which also help us to motivate our employee as well as attracts healthy competition among team members. Also, Everstage makes it easier to divide incentives and provides more transparency toward incentives. It helps managers to analyze team performance which helps in decision-making as well. Everstage can be integrated with various Platforms which makes it easier to use Everstage as compared to other platforms.

Before Everstage we were not using any platform there was manual auditing for the incentive which lead to many mistakes and sometimes employees were not getting the incentive which they should so we decided to find out a platform that can be helpful for us to make incentive structure easier and transparent as well.

Specifically on my experience if i talked about the scenario in which Everstage is well suited is in comparing performance on an individual level and motivates employees to perform well at the same time and providing all the data on a single click, which also helps in setting targets for individuals as well as for the whole team.
