Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer as our primary Signature manager. It allows us to setup multiple templates for user specific requests and also allows us to standardize across departments on requirements of said signature.

The product is very easy to setup and enroll as well as covers almost all use cases I've experienced.
  • Signature Template Setup
  • Signature Creation and Edits are quick and easy with fast deployment
  • Not particularly a fan of the new user and administrative interface on the Cloud version
  • Time saved updating signatures
  • regulatory compliance
The primary reason we use Exclaimer is because of its template customization and flexibility.

I believe Exclaimer is very well suited for Signature management for those using multiple templates and those that have specific requirements for users and departments. We are a small company, i believe the bigger the user base the more versatile and useful exclaimer can be.
