Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Exclaimer allows us to have standardised signatures that can be updated when we like with new details, new awards, or topical messages. This allows us to save a lot of time, and avoid outdated signatures from staff who are unsure how to update them. At even larger scale than our company, I can image this product is essential.
- Consisten signatures
- Quick updates across users
- If user details are updated from Okta, then pushed to Google Workspace, they do not always carry over and this has to fixed using an API call
- Increased brand trust due to professional looking signatures
