Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
I have been using Expensify for several years. When I was in a corporate environment, it was mainly to track expenses while traveling and aid in submitting an organized report to the corporate systems. Since starting a small business, I have used it to track expenses throughout the year to make taxes easier.
- Automatically reads receipt emails and converts them to expenses
- Loads expenses from company credit card
- Allows me to set up rules to organize expenses as they come in
- Some analytics would be helpful when reviewing at year-end
- Entering multiple similar expenses has improved, but could be made easier
- Consolidating duplicates from different sources such as email and credit card, can be confusing
- Saves me dozens of hours at end-of-year for organizing write-offs
- Creates detailed and professional-looking reports when billing clients for travel and other expenses
- Saved me 100's of hours of expense consolidation over years of corporate travel
