Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to communicate with our agents, keeping them updated on training and office events.
  • It's very user-friendly.
  • You can schedule messages to go out ahead of time.
  • Allows you to send to specific groups.
  • Saves my staff time, they don't have to make individual calls and it is quicker than email.
Setup took very little time and the results were immediate. And when we did have questions customer service was quick to help.
Basically it's just easy to use and you can setup a schedule and not worry about sending out your notifications.
The support is very good, I just scored as a nine as there is always room for new ideas to improve.
We sometimes use this feature and it's helpful when a visual is needed for those we are sending it to.
Best suited to send messages to groups. I can't think of how it would be less appropriate.
