Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to stay in frequent communication with all of the real estate agents in our brokerage. We send out motivational content, announcements, and reminders about office meetings/trainings. With over 100 agents out on the road working, we do not see them in the office as frequently as other types of businesses see their employees. EZ Texting has provided a convenient means to stay in touch with all of our agents!
  • Texts go directly to the phone, and won't get lost in the spam folder of an email inbox.
  • Recipients ability to reply to the text is very handy! We often will use it for things such as "Reply YES if you plan to attend tomorrow's lunch meeting."
  • EZ Texting customer service has always been top-notch when I call in for help or plan changes!
  • I really wish EZ Texting had the ability to use emojis and special characters. They have become so commonplace in today's society that sometimes a text looks a bit boring without them.
  • Agents can no longer use the excuse "I didn't see the email about that meeting/training/event" because with EZ Texting we know the text was delivered and they were notified. It is much easier to read a text than opening email and sifting through all the junk to find the important message.
I called to get information about EZ Texting and also researched a few others. After doing my research I decided EZ Texting was the best option for our needs. My EZ Texting rep had stayed in contact with me, so when I made my decision I simply gave him a call and was up and running that afternoon. I believe I sent my first text that same day!
EZ Texting's user-friendliness has provided me with a very quick and easy way to communicate with over 100+ people at once. If a number is not able to be manually added, I also like that they have the ability to text our shortcode to sign up for texts. It has only happened a couple times, but when it does it comes in handy!
Any time I have called in to EZ Texting for help (maybe 5 or so times) the customer service agent has been friendly, professional, and efficient with my time. When doing plan changes EZ Texting did a great job of letting me know my options and assisting me with choosing the right one for my office!
We send pictures with almost every text and the feature works great! We send our real estate agents motivational graphics and videos twice a week, I can't imagine using the platform without the MMS feature. Typing the motivational words in text would not be nearly as impactful or visually appealing as the graphics we send.
I compared a few different alternative options prior to setting up EZ Texting. What made me want to go with EZ Texting over the others was the user-friendly platform and the price made the most sense for what we needed for our office. It also helped that the agent I spoke with to get initial information followed up with me and gave me a great feeling about the company as a whole.
I think EZ Texting is a great option for larger real estate offices; I know it has helped my brokerage tremendously with communication and I think it could be an asset to others as well! Bars and restaurants are also great avenues for EZ Texting, for example texting out the daily specials, events, etc.
