Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting as one of our essential marketing tools. It’s being used to send out special promotions, monthly event announcements, reminders, and updates. We also use it to communicate with our customers and handle customer services from time to time. Mass texting helps us bring out the crowd for our events.
  • No charge for customer replies.
  • Custom templates and functions.
  • Client data organization functionality where I can sort customers based on birthdays, locations, and other notes.
  • Able to resend the text campaign but re-targeting to people who didn’t respond at all or those who saw but didn’t take any action.
  • It has helped us build bigger brand awareness.
  • We were able to generate more ticket sales.
It only took us less than 30 minutes for us to get our customer contacts imported and sorted out based on geographic locations and age groups (18+ and 21+) and to create our very first template or two.
The user interface and UX are very simple and straight forward. This means any inexperienced person can put out a highly effective marketing campaign!
They were always readily available and they always pick up their calls. There aren't any long hold times and all the staff is really friendly.
MMS texting is one of the main reasons why we chose EZ Texting since it allows us to run much more effective and engaging marketing campaigns.
Other services are much more pricey and have lower text counts that don’t include media attachments (or charges separately for them) and also charges for the replies. Hands down EZ Texting has the best price and service in its class.
It’s really effective for event promotion and sales promotion. It is also great to set up automatically generated reminders and follow up emails as well. It would be better if EZ Texting could be integrated or compatible with business management software.
