Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Pre-Covid we used it 6-9 times a year to notify people about Events we'd have in a local park. Last couple of years we use it to send a google-made Survey. We sure hope to use it this year for events, starting in May.
  • Allows us to notify parents of children we serve when we'll be out at an Event
  • Allows us to send a text message and link (I think) to take a short survey once a year
  • I like the Template, I finally learned how to use it to make repeated similar messages
  • The Customer Service was good, that's important! And it was easy to figure out how to buy credits, how much msgs cost. I am NOT a tech-savvy person.
  • Make it cheaper for little nonprofits:)
  • Allow a logo image to be default?
  • I know a good number of parents only got the text, not email, and showed up at events
  • We are just about engagement, not profit. If people show up and hang out with us that's a success.
  • People DID the Survey when we texted it. Great return on that! A google-survey, three questions, and a comment section. Worked really well, much better and easier and cheaper than mailing paper forms which we did for several years. And still, do for folks who give no phone number when registering their children for our Imagination Library Program but boy we like phone numbers just for that annual survey!

I think I started with EXtexting first, after googling around and talking to a couple of people. Back in 2016 or 17.

It worked well for me. This nonprofit is a one-person show for the most part. If I could figure out how to send useful messages I'd say just about anyone can. The Chat function for questions worked well, very well, for when I got stuck or confused. Keep that up!
