So we use it mainly for the web application firewall aspects of it where we protect our external facing assets using the F5 products.

Pros and Cons

It blocks text pretty well.

I'll give you the feedback from the teams that use it. It's mostly related to the ease of configuring the different rule sets on the products. That's mainly the hard point there.

That's a difficult question for governmental organizations. ROI is not necessarily the best indicator that we use. It's mostly on how well it does the job that we're asking it to perform.
