It balances out our server utilization across the network. So this is across the eastern region.

I would say possibly scalability. There are times of bottleneck when users have difficulty getting access to the resources that they need because there's an issue with BIG-IP. What's the underlying cause? I'm not sure, but that's at the enterprise level.
