Overall Satisfaction with Falcon
For a Department that is always busy this software really comes in handy. Our organization uses Falcon to plan and create our content. This has helped us to publish social media content on time.

We have not used any other products like this software, we used to have persons who would be assigned to creating social media posts via Canva and just posting daily.

We simply choose Falcon not because of the price but because of the product's reputation. Our team went through a bunch of reviews on different review sites and all we could've seen were nothing but amazing reviews. In addition to the amazing reviews were the features, Falcon had exactly what we were looking for.
If we had to do it again, absolutely nothing would have changed, the selection process would've remained the same and Falcon would still have been our number 1 choice.

Our company did purchase premium because we thought that it would be good to have so we can receive immediate support if any difficulties should arise. We never had to use this though as we have not encountered issues.
We had consulted with them in the initial stage of deciding to start using Falcon. The experience was amazing, The Nabler team is really knowledgeable, they displayed create customer support. The team was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met.
