Overall Satisfaction with FreshBooks

We use FreshBooks as our accounting software as well as for invoicing clients. They make it very easy to use and track your invoicing process. They also offer an easy to understand Profit & Loss Report to help small businesses with an overview of how they are doing in a given month, quarter, or year.

I found Quickbooks to be too complex for our needs as a small business. It was time consuming and a challenge for us to understand. FreshBooks makes it simple.
We have already renewed for 3 years now. Our CFO is very comfortable with the software and I can login and easily see how we are doing in a given month.
I think FreshBooks is an excellent choice for small businesses and/or startups. It's reasonably priced, cloud-based, and easy to use. Their mobile app allows you to track your reporting with ease and keep track of expenses, with receipts, easily.
