Overall Satisfaction with FullStory

FullStory is primarily used by the marketing team and is managed by our team (marketing operations). It is also used across the organization by a few teams, for example, IT and customer service, on an as-needed basis.
  • Account service.
  • Advanced search capabilities within the tool.
  • Continuously adding new features.
  • Reporting capabilities across sub accounts.
  • We’ve been able to create segments and successfully monitor our top channels during peak times of the year.
  • A number of significant production issues have been identified or recreated through FullStory.
FullStory surpasses the competitors we evaluated as their feature set is much more robust.
The FS team is always very responsive and willing to look into specific issues for us.
