Overall Satisfaction with G2 Seller Solutions
Software evaluation and review processes are critical for us to offer our community of users the opportunity to express themselves freely and evaluate their experience with us. We believe this is an exercise in honesty and transparency that allows us to listen to our customers and market analysts actively. This program helps us to generate content for marketing actions to attract new customers, influence decision makers on the final purchase decision, and gain the loyalty of our existing audience.
- Supports in running campaigns to get new reviews
- Provides real-time information on our positioning against the competitors
- Offer relevant intent data
- Ways to classify reviews and quotes to faster identify them
- Facilitate the discussion between vendors and users
- More options in widgets to share our quotes
- Allows us to influence decision makers on the purchase decision
- We can Improve our products, services, and processes thanks to the feedback we get
- We leverage the intent data as a new source for our ABX programs
Both platforms are broadly alike and offer very similar capabilities. In my opinion, TrustRadius is optimized for the review process: getting new reviews, checking on them, classifying the quotes, opening discussions with our users, and providing them feedback. In comparison, G2 Seller Solutions focuses on providing vendors with benchmark information, more actionable intent data, and resources to take advantage of awards and grids.
