Overall Satisfaction with Genesys Cloud CX
Hard to say in just 200 words, but we use Genesys for our Dialers, and IVR, and beginning to start email and sms campaigns.
- User interface.
- Call routing.
- Outbound dialing.
- I think you do a good job addressing these.

We aren’t there yet.
Very scalable and easy to use.
Genesys is much easier to use and more feature rich.
