Overall Satisfaction with Genesys Cloud (formerly PureCloud)

Genesys Cloud is being used by everyone in the organization. We use it to communicate with each other. We have meetings and video calls. It is very helpful and easy to use. Easy to communicate with anyone if you don't understand something related to work. Great for planning things.

Genesys Cloud is great since the first time I used it. It is also very easy to learn. When I need to save stuff to remember, later on, it is very easy to use it. I communicate with my co-workers in a very easy and outgoing way. When teaching someone new in the company, Genesys is the way to start.
