Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

I have monthly calls with my partners. I love being able to go back to review my calls to ensure that I didn't miss anything. It allows me to provide better service.
  • Great interface.
  • Easy login.
  • Transcribing/categorizing is nice.
  • The Gong recorder is sometimes late to calls. It's rare, however.
  • Recordings allow me to review calls and determine if I've helped my partners successfully.
I haven't had to reach out - that's a 10 in my eyes.

Yes

I was nervous at first to be recorded, but it's turned into an amazing tool. Sometimes personal conversations happen on these calls with partners (hearing about weekends, etc) and sometimes it makes you wonder if it'll look bad. Nothing bad so far!
