Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Access to all SFDC users at Fiix. It solves for meeting intelligence, as well as acts as a coaching framework for reps.
  • Great UX.
  • Straightforward integrations.
  • Good support.
  • Advanced integrations a work in progress.
  • Activity data not always syncing back to correct objects.
  • User management is okay.
  • Better visibility into deals and correct forecast stage.
  • Improvement in rep close rate.
  • Predictability in talk tracks and expectations by call type.
They are very prompt and thorough when issues arise, ready to jump on a web conference if needed.
