Overall Satisfaction with Goodworld
Goodworld was an excellent choice when transitioning from our previous CRM network. It is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and allows for design customization to ensure our branding is consistent. We also love that the reps are easy to get ahold of and have a turnaround of usually 1-2 business days. Brittany has been fantastic and we are very content with our purchase.

- Easy to integrate onto our website without having to call developers.
- Able to share via social media in a streamlined fashion.
- If we were able to fully adjust the design blocks on the pages that would be great, they leave very awkward white space when you add many on the same page. Please add margins.

- It has allowed us to reach a wider audience and allow more people to easily donate.
Much better, we hated our last CRM network it was antiquated and impossible to get ahold of anyone.
